Exchange & Refund Policy

Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying, as they provide all the details about the services or products you purchase.

Products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged

We do not offer any return or refund on our crystal products. For all other products, returns and refunds are available only if the items are damaged during shipping. To ensure a smooth return process, please record an unpackaging video in good lighting, clearly showing the opening of the package.

Replacement Requests

We will process replacement requests only under the following circumstances:
1. The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
2. The product supplied was damaged or lost during shipping.

The customer must supply proof of purchase or receipt of the product.

Customers are not eligible for return or replacement/exchange apart from the above circumstances.

Digital Products

Once purchased, there is no refund on digital products like mobile wallpapers, digital sheets, e-books, etc.

Refund Process

If eligible for a refund under the mentioned conditions, it will be processed within 7 working days after the quality check of the returned items. The amount will be credited to the customer’s source account within 5-7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

Please send an email to order@soulmagik.com with:

- Order ID
- Full details of products
- Proof of purchase (such as payment receipt and screenshot of order confirmation email)
- Unboxing video with photos
- The reason for return or exchange
- Whether you want a refund or exchange

Return requests sent through WhatsApp, call, SMS, etc., shall not be considered.

Shipping of the Products

The client must send the products with proper packaging at their own cost. We do not initiate return pick-ups due to the risk of loss during return transit.

Inspection of Returned Products

Once the returned product(s) is received, we will send an email confirmation. We will inspect the return product(s) and communicate approval/rejection for your refund request within 1-2 working days. Requests for refunds will not be approved if the product(s) is found to be used, damaged, or missing parts. Soul Magik’s decision regarding acceptance or rejection of your request will be final and binding.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the quality check of the returned items. The amount will be credited to the customer’s source account within 5-7 business days. Payment gateway charges (if applicable) will not be refunded. These charges are billed directly by the payment gateway.

Late or Missing Refunds

You will be notified via email once your refund is initiated. If you do not receive the refund within 7 working days, please contact your bank or credit card company immediately. If they cannot provide assistance, inform us at orders@soulmagik.com.

Missing or Broken Items

Please make a video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article. We cannot guarantee any claims if the unboxing video is not proper.

Orders Lost or Damaged During Transit

If you receive a message from our third-party service provider that your order is delivered, but you have not received it, email us at orders@soulmagik.com within 24 hours for us to escalate and resolve the issue with our delivery partner.

Exchanges

Soul Magik shall replace/exchange products only if they are damaged during shipping. Products shall not be replaced or exchanged for any other reasons. If the customer desires an exchange, they should contact us at soulstars@soulmagik.com within 24 hours from the delivery date.

At the time of requesting an exchange, the customer must share proof of purchase and an image of the product (in case of a broken product received). Only the particular broken product will be exchanged, not the entire order. Transportation costs for sending the product to Soul Magik’s office shall be borne by the customer. The customer must pack the product with due care. If the product received at our premises is damaged or worn out, the customer will not be eligible for an exchange.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

International Orders

For orders to countries other than mainland India, you are the importer of the product(s) concerned and responsible for any customs duties, local taxes, or import duties. These do not fall under Soul Magik’s responsibility.

If an international order is cancelled after shipping, the shipping amount will not be refunded. The client must ship back the order to Soul Magik’s office at their own cost with all items in original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. International refunds take up to 15 working days to get credited to the client’s source account after processing.

No Cash on Delivery (COD)

If you are unable to opt for online payment, there will be an additional ₹100 charge that must be prepaid for the product. 

Crystal Products

No Return & Refund Policy for Crystals

Please read all about the product before buying it. All our crystals are customised and go through an energising & programming process, for each client as per their name & DOB meaning everything is specially made for you. 

Therefore, please make sure to take an unboxing video of our packaging. 

You are only eligible for returns if the crystals are damaged upon arrival. Crystals have their own energy and are made specifically for your needs, so we do not offer refunds or returns unless they are damaged.

No COD on Crystals & Why?

All our crystals are specially charged and programmed with energy specifically for each customer. This personalised process makes it difficult for us to accept returns. In the case of COD, we have experienced returns, which disrupts the energy programming of the crystals.

To ensure you receive highly energised crystals customised just for you, we only offer a prepaid option. This helps us maintain the integrity and effectiveness of our crystals, providing you with the best possible energy helping you claim your goals with it. Thank you for your understanding.
